Described in detail here are nearly 300 scholarships, fellowships, loans, grants-in-aid, awards, and internships that are set aside just for persons with visual impairments (from high school seniors through professionals and others). This is the most comprehensive and current listing of funding opportunities of interest to persons with visual impairments that is available anywhere (in print or online)!
What Information Is Provided? The entries are grouped by program type (scholarships, grants-in-aid, loans, etc.), arranged alphabetically by program title, and indexed by residency requirements. Only the biggest and best opportunities are covered here. No program is listed that offers less than $500 or is restricted to residents below the state level.
